Using DVD Art Essentials with Avid Studio

Avid Studio includues an array of Disc Menus, the backgrounds of which can be swapped out for your own images - such as Eye Scream Factory's DVD Art Essentials DVD menu backgrounds. Start by selecting a menu in the 'Disc Menus' tab and dragging it into the 'Disc Menu List' window. Double-click on the menu thumbnail in the Disc Menu List to open the 'Disc Editor' Window.

Click the folder icon on the left side of the screen to import your DVD Art Essentials images. Avid Studio also instantly recognizes images in your computer's 'My Pictures' folder, so files moved into this folder should automatically show up in the 'All Media' tab. Here, I've imported the DVD Art Essentials image 'bubbly-essentials-HDTV.'

Drag the thumbnail of your new background media from the 'All Media' tab on the left to the 'Background Fill Box' under 'Background Settings' on the right.

Your DVD Art Essentials image will now be the new background of your menu!
