Using DVD Art Essentials with Cyberlink PowerDirector

In the 'Create Disc' tab, click on the 'Create Menu' button.

In the 'Menu Designer' pop up, click the 'Set Background Image or Video' button in the upper left-hand corner and choose 'Set Background Image or Video.' In the 'Open' window, change the 'Files of Type' field to 'Image files' and navigate to the Eye Scream Factory DVD menu background of your choosing. Here I've used an image from the 'Spectrum' template set.
